A Taste Of Lechon In Carcar - Cebu!
When we say tasty Lechon, Cebu will always
top the list of its best providers. That’s why when I had my early summer
vacation in Cebu I asked my host if he can help us find good lechon. Jeremiah
(host), a very dear college buddy told me that we will go to Carcar for a
lechon stop before gracing our presence in Argao and Oslob – all part of the
Cebu’s southern route.

Cebu: Queen Of The South Summer Starter
Yes, summer is here... and a traveler takes advantage of this season to get the feet moving.
It is not my first time in Cebu but my first was cut short because our main destination back then was set to Bohol.
Luckily, I was invited by my college buddies who are currently residing there. From the airport, they asked me to go directly to SM Cebu which has travelers' lounge that caters luggages. I was only asked to pay 30 pesos for a whole day convenience.

So I had a mini meet-up with my barkada for
some weekend movie and good food. Gaisano Mall’s “The Peak” offers a
lot of restaurants to choose from such as Wings and Dips, Zabadani, Cafe
France, Don Beppe Ristorante Italiano, and many more.
At the 2nd level of “The Peak”, we saw this French restaurant -- Bon Appetit Le Bistro located in the corner of the area and so we decided to dine there for some tres dileceux French meal.

Casa Verde Restaurant In Cebu - New Favorite!
According to my friend, my Cebu experience
won’t be complete without having a taste of the best tasting baby back ribs in
town – at Casa Verde.
At Casa Verde, you can’t just walk-in and dine; you have to be on queue and get listed first. On the inside of the Ayala branch is pretty descent and clean. Same goes to the IT Park branch. Although, the staff of the latter is much friendlier than the former. Haven't tried the Ramos branch.

The Cebu Taoist Temple - Taoism Procedures
So I went to the Queen City last
weekend with my friends all the way from the City Of Durians for a quick weekend escapade. First stop is the Cebu Taoist Temple, which is located on the "hilly" part of Beverly Hills subdivision. The place can be reached by a private vehicle or a taxi (fare should be
within 150-200 range – one way from SM).
